Washroom wonder

With my new found baby awareness because of C, I was hit with a thought about gender discrimination while out last night. I must admit I've never been in a men's washroom, but I'm pretty sure they don't have changing tables.

Where do fathers who have taken their little boy or girl out shopping sans the mother do the changing? What about gay couples?
Someone should really launch a discrimination suit against mall washrooms...
